Things and stuff

I noticed this on Last.fm just now:

We have reached a consensus: 2007 was not a very good year.

At the beginning of the year I set one goal for myself: to have a real, meaningful conversation with someone without it being translated into ones and zeroes (or line noise depending on the situation). I managed to achieve this goal, although I will say it was pretty close in the end.

Let me put this another way: I set one reasonable goal for myself to achieve over the course of the year and I accomplished it, but overall it was still a terrible year. This bodes well for 2008.
